Field Reimbursement Manager, Psychiatry

📋 Description

• Educate HCPs on patient support programs and reimbursement tools.
• Educate HCPs on approved resources to address access issues.
• Be subject matter expert on payer policies and requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to update HCPs on Rx status.
• Report payer trends to patient services and market access teams.
• Build relationships with providers and travel across territory.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, pharmacy, business or equivalent.
• 5+ years in neuroscience with field account management experience.
• Understanding of payer policies, coverage, coding, prior auth.
• Knowledge of reimbursement support rules and regulations.
• Strong territory and account management skills.
• Valid driver's license and 75% overnight travel.
