📋 Description

• Engage customers via virtual and in-person interactions.
• Build relationships with medication access teams, pharmacies, and managers.
• Act as reimbursement and access expert across payer channels.
• Educate on benefit verification, prior authorizations, CPT/J-codes.
• Bridge between customers, HUB, sales, and account teams.
• Collaborate with HUBs and case managers to resolve escalations.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum five years in Pharmaceuticals/Biotech/Medical Device.
• Knowledge of patient journey navigation.
• Knowledge of payer coverage policies.
• Pharmacy benefit reimbursement and specialty distribution.
• Hub and patient services experience.
