Field Reliability Engineer- LATAM

📋 Description

• Own and operate customer-facing managed infra across AWS accounts and regions.
• Build Terraform modules, Helm charts, and deployment automation for EKS.
• Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and observability for managed infra.
• Manage scaling, upgrades, incidents; capacity planning and cost optimization on AWS.
• Build autonomous deployment and management tooling for field-operated services.
• Participate in on-call rotation and create runbooks to accelerate resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior platform engineering or SRE experience.
• Strong Kubernetes and AWS (EKS, ALB, VPCs) expertise.
• Terraform, Helm, and deployment automation.
• Observability with OpenTelemetry and Honeycomb.
• Multi-account AWS management and cost optimization.
• On-call, incident response, and cross-team collaboration.
