• Coordinate end-to-end mystery shopping and field research across locations and channels
• Recruit, onboard, brief, and support mystery shoppers and fieldworkers
• Schedule field visits to meet project timelines and requirements
• Primary point of contact for fieldworkers; address concerns promptly
• Monitor fieldwork progress and ensure successful project execution

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years in mystery shopping, fieldwork, market research, or related ops
• Hands-on field operations management or supervision experience
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills; manage multiple projects
• High attention to detail and data quality
• Experience with structured datasets and defined methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional teamwork
