Listen and document partner feedback during onsite visits.
Maintain partnerships with bike shops and sporting goods stores.
Establish and maintain partnerships with onboarded shops.
Enter sales orders and track fulfillment.
Understand partner needs and maximise their revenue.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in sales or retail customer service is highly preferred.
Knowledge of e-bikes is highly preferred.
Internet-savvy; comfortable with office apps (PC/Mac, spreadsheets).
Motivated self-starter; proactive in finding new partners and generating revenue.
Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal communication; travel up to 90%.
