📋 Description

• Day-to-day account management of a customer base across Waikato & BOP and surrounding areas.
• Attend customer sites, check equipment from espresso machines to automatic gear across cafes
• Showcase barista skills and passion for the perfect cup to customers.
• Drive incremental revenue by identifying new opportunities; some overnight travel may be needed.
• Grow engagement by organizing and hosting training sessions.
• Monitor procedures to ensure compliance across diverse customer base.

🎯 Requirements

• Coffee industry experience or barista knowledge is highly desirable.
• A real people person who builds relationships easily.
• Desire to learn and develop in sales with a passion for coffee and tea.
• Confident and considerate in customer interactions.
• Full clean driver’s license and willingness to be on the road most of the time.
• Unrestricted work visa.
