🎯 Requirements

• Graduate or above, Post Graduation preferred.
• Good understanding of lending products.
• Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner.
• Good networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively throughout specified area.
• Earlier experience in team management and sales is preferred.
