Field Sales Territory Manager

📋 Description

• Represent Imprint in retail environments to drive card acquisition
• Partner with store teams to improve program penetration
• Serve as on-site brand ambassador for co-branded programs
• Explain card features, rewards, and promos to customers
• Track store performance metrics and report insights
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and loyalty programs

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in sales, retail, or customer service
• Experience in credit cards or financial services is a plus
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets in fast-paced settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort with field-based role and regular travel
• High school diploma or equivalent
