📋 Description

• Serve as on-site brand ambassador for Imprint's co-branded credit card programs
• Train and coach store associates on card sales techniques
• Drive card acquisition by linking benefits to in-store shopping
• Assist customers with completing credit card applications accurately
• Collaborate with store teams to meet acquisition goals
• Track store-level performance and report insights

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience
• Credit card/financial services experience is a plus
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with regular travel across locations
