Field Sales Territory Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as on-site brand ambassador for Imprint's co-branded cards.
• Promote card benefits to customers to drive applications.
• Train store staff on card features and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with store teams to hit daily/weekly targets.
• Maintain knowledge of products, promos, and loyalty programs.
• Travel across locations to cover shifts and events.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales, retail, or customer service; fintech/credit card exp a plus
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets in fast-paced env
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort with dynamic, field-based role and regular travel
• Basic understanding of financial concepts, credit cards, rewards
• High school diploma or equivalent; flexible schedule incl evenings/weekends
