📋 Description

• Serve as on-site brand ambassador for Imprint's co-branded credit card programs.
• Engage store associates and guests to communicate card benefits.
• Train and coach retail staff on card sales techniques and compliance.
• Drive card acquisition by linking benefits to in-store shopping.
• Assist customers with completing credit card applications.
• Collaborate with store teams to meet acquisition goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in sales, retail, or customer service; fintech/credit card a plus
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets in fast-paced retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse customers and staff
• Comfort in a field-based role with travel across locations
• Adapt quickly to changing store environments, priorities, and needs
• Basic financial concepts, credit cards, and rewards; training provided
