📋 Description

• Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products in assigned area.
• Meet and exceed service agreements and warranty obligations.
• Provide technical expertise and exceptional customer service to users.
• Document service activities and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate system delivery, installation, and OR/HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Genesis teams to improve processes.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
• Able to perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Residence within 30 miles of the territory; flex shift as needed.
