📋 Description

• Partner with clients and internal engineering teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical
• Manage and monitor hybrid environments, containerized applications, and Kubernetes clusters to
• Design and maintain infrastructure automation using tools like Ansible to improve consistency and
• Lead technical presentations, training sessions, and knowledge transfer with clients and internal

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise IT, Field Services, or Implementations with a track record of
• Familiarity with network infrastructure, end user technology (EUT), hardware lifecycle processes
• Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with clients
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail
• A thoughtful, proactive approach to risk mitigation and customer relationship management
