Field Service Engineer

📋 Description

• Install, commission, and maintain TOMRA sorting machines at customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical and electromechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Provide on-site training and best practices for daily operation.
• Document service activities and provide feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate with service, engineering, and sales for a top customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical education or proven mechanical field service experience.
• Minimum 5 years in field service.
• Hands-on experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, rotating equipment.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems and controls.
• Independent, solution-oriented with strong communication and customer focus.
• Valid driver's license, English proficiency, and 80%+ travel in EMEA.
