Field Service Engineer

📋 Description

• Install, commission, and maintain TOMRA sorting machines at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electromechanical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Support customers with training and best practices for daily machine operation.
• Document service activities and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with service, engineering, and sales to ensure quality customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical education or proven mechanical field service experience.
• Minimum 5 years' field service experience.
• Hands-on with mechanical systems: pneumatics, hydraulics, rotating equipment.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems and controls (desirable).
• Willing to travel up to 80% in EMEA; flexible schedule.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
