Field Service Engineer

📋 Description

• Install, commission, and maintain TOMRA sorting equipment at customer sites
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues
• Deliver remote and on-site technical support as needed
• Train customers in proper machine operation and maintenance
• Document and submit detailed service reports for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with customers and TOMRA teams to ensure safety and satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electronics, Electrotechnical, Automation, or equivalent
• On-site installation and preventive/corrective maintenance experience
• Strong IT, networking, and PC configuration knowledge
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
• Excellent English communication skills; Afrikaans a plus
• Nice to have: experience in food industry or sorting tech
