Field Service Engineer

📋 Description

• Install, commission, and maintain TOMRA sorting machines at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electromechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Train customers on daily machine operation and best practices.
• Document service activities and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with service, engineering, and sales to ensure customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical education or proven field-service experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Field Service Engineer.
• Hands-on with mechanical systems (pneumatics, hydraulics, rotating).
• Solid understanding of electrical systems and controls (desirable).
• On-site in industrial environments; customer-focused.
• Valid driver's license; willing to travel 80% in EMEA.
