Install, support, troubleshoot, repair and maintain Intuitive products in assigned territory
Ensure service agreements and warranty obligations are fulfilled
Provide excellent customer service and communication

🎯 Requirements

University/college degree in science or technical engineering or 2-4 years equivalent
Strong written and oral communication in Italian and English
Interpersonal and administrative skills, good record keeping
Experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems
Willingness to travel up to 50%
