Manage Technical relations after the point of sale for da Vinci systems in an assigned territory
Coordinate Pre-site planning and installation with customers
Schedule planned/unplanned visits to ensure uptime and reliability
Assess functionality and repair Intuitive Surgical products autonomously
Provide feedback to Product Support/Engineering on enhancements
Train customers on technical aspects and provide technical support as needed

🎯 Requirements

College degree in engineering or applied science preferred
3-7 years experience as Field Service Engineer
Strong written and oral communication skills
Good interpersonal and administrative skills
Knowledge of Operating Room protocol
Willing to travel up to 25%; able to lift 37 kgs
