Field Service Engineer

📋 Description

• Efficiently deliver field service work to meet cost and time objectives.
• Ensure optimal performance of TOMRA Food sorting machines to exceed customer expectations.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, conducting necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer support processes.
• Conduct installations and adjustments to TOMRA Food equipment as required.
• Provide comprehensive training to customers on operations and maintenance of systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
• Qualification in Electrical Installation (e.g., Qualification en Électricité d’Installation)
• Proven experience in on-site preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting industrial customers
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory; Spanish and French an advantage
• Driving license with a good driving record
• VCA certification is a plus (preferred)
