Field Service Engineer

📋 Description

• Efficiently deliver field service work to meet cost and time objectives
• Ensure optimal performance of TOMRA Food sorting machines to exceed customer expectations
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, conducting necessary repairs
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer support processes
• Conduct installations and adjustments to TOMRA Food equipment as required
• Provide comprehensive training to customers on the operations and maintenance of our systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrotechnical, Automation, Industrial Maintenance
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Food industry/field is mandatory
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans is mandatory
• Proven experience in on-site preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting industrial customers
• Good understanding of IT, networking, and PC configuration
• A valid driver's license
