Field Service Engineer

📋 Description

• Perform field service activities including installation, commissioning, operation, testing
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal machine performance and customer
• Carry out mechanical, electrical, electronic, and optical adjustments and configurations.
• Provide customer training on the operation and maintenance of TOMRA systems.
• Deliver technical support and expert advice to help customers maximize operational performance and
• Prepare accurate service reports and collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer

🎯 Requirements

• Technical education in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or
• 3 to 5 years of experience in field service, industrial maintenance, or technical customer support.
• Proven experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Practical knowledge of analog and digital circuits, power supply systems, and PLCs. Required.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Good understanding of IT, networking, and PC configuration.
