Field Service Engineer

📋 Description

• Efficiently deliver field service work to meet cost and time objectives
• Ensure optimal performance of TOMRA Food sorting machines to exceed customer expectations
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, conducting necessary repairs
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer support processes
• Conduct installations and adjustments to TOMRA Food equipment as required
• Provide comprehensive training to customers on the operations and maintenance of our systems

🎯 Requirements

• Technical training to BAC+2 level in Electronics, Electrotechnical, Automation, Industrial
• Fluent in French and able to understand spoken and written English (min. B2) is mandatory
• Proven experience in on-site preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting industrial customers
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, primarily within France, with occasional international
• Good understanding of IT, networking, and PC configuration
• A valid driver's license
