Field Service Engineer

📋 Description

• Deliver high quality mechanical service to ensure enhanced machine performance and excellent
• React to mechanical machine issues in the field within an appropriate timeframe and ensure prompt
• Perform field service work at customer sites including mechanical installation, commissioning
• Install, inspect, and service mechanical components such as sprockets, chains, belts, shafts
• Analyze, evaluate and diagnose mechanical equipment; troubleshoot machine problems through to
• Perform preventative maintenance including pre-season and post-season servicing of machines

🎯 Requirements

• Industrial trade qualification in mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, electronic, automation, or
• 3+ years of experience as a field service engineer or equivalent education
• Relevant experience in troubleshooting mechanical equipment
• Experience in PC building, repairing and diagnostic testing
• Working knowledge of PC and MS Office suite
• Proven ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures
