Field Service Engineer*

📋 Description

• Install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites.
• Carry out inspections and preventive maintenance, as well as diagnose and resolve technical faults.
• Train operators and maintenance teams.
• Provide customers with technical support and help resolve technical issues.
• Build strong customer relationships and represent TOMRA as a trusted technical partner.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical education in electrical engineering, automation, electronics or a related field, or
• Previous experience in field service, maintenance, commissioning or installation of machinery would
• SEP E and D electrical qualifications would be an advantage.
• Fluent Polish and good English, enabling you to communicate confidently in a technical and
• Good IT skills, including a basic understanding of computer networks and PC configuration.
• A customer-focused approach and the ability to build strong, trusted relationships with customers
