Field Service Engineer

📋 Description

• Perform scheduled maintenance activities including inspections, preventive maintenance, software
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all Intuitive products and associated equipment.
• Coordinate and perform system and hardware delivery and installation.
• Complete administrative duties such as spare parts inventory, reports, and expense reports.
• Maintain company-provided assets including tooling, vehicle, laptops, and iPads.
• Support sales teams and provide customer phone support.

🎯 Requirements

• University or college degree in science or technical engineering or 2-4 years equivalent work
• Strong written and oral communication skills in local language(s) and English.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.
• Knowledge of Operating Room protocol preferred.
• Track record of solid customer relationships with Surgeons and Hospital staff preferred.
