📋 Description

  • Execute field service activities involving low- and medium-voltage drives per work instructions
  • Install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and analyze drive systems onsite and, where
  • Collaborate with customers to understand operational challenges and identify improvement
  • Diagnose equipment/process failures, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop recommendations to prevent recurring issues and improve reliability.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or
  • 3–4 years of professional experience with low- and medium-voltage drives.
  • Hands-on installation/commissioning experience with electrical drives.
  • Strong troubleshooting/diagnostic skills; ability to analyze failures.
  • Good understanding of electrical drive systems and industrial applications.
  • Proactive problem-solving, strong customer-facing communication, and first-time-right execution.
