Field Service Engineer (Automotive)

📋 Description

• Oversee customer deployments with installation partners onsite.
• Manage complex deployments to ensure high-quality installs.
• Monitor milestones, escalate issues, ensure on-time delivery.
• Be primary contact for escalations during installs; troubleshoot.
• Coordinate with vendors, build guides, and train installers.
• Provide onsite oversight for large deployments and site readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; advanced degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and be insurable.
• 4+ years experience in managing vehicle and/or hardware technology; willing to travel 50-70%.
• Prior vehicle installation or up-fitter experience preferred.
• Understanding of vehicle diagnostic systems, including CAN bus and PTO.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
