Field Service Engineer

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical support resource for our customer fleet, diagnosing and resolving
• Travel to provide on-site customer support across various US locations
• Develop and document service procedures, troubleshooting guides, and repair protocols for electric
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify and implement product improvements
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional technical support and
• Create a knowledge base of common issues and solutions to support scalable customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field, or
• 3+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably with electric vehicles, RVs, or complex
• Hands-on experience with electromechanical test equipment and tools
• Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex, multidisciplinary issues
• Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 70-80%) for the first 6-12 months, with
