📋 Description

Field service work: installation, commissioning, testing, operation, maintenance, repair
On-site presence to meet customer SLAs
On-call tech support and weekend roster
Train customer maintenance/service personnel
Support legacy sorting equipment and in-house repairs
Coordinate with customers and TOMRA project teams for new sales

🎯 Requirements

Engineering qualification or trade with hands-on mech/electrical skills
Diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
Electrical qualification/trade advantageous
3+ years field service, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Customer-focused with strong communication
Willing to travel across Australia and occasionally internationally (150–180 days/yr)
