Field Service Engineer North

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) at customer sites.
• Support the installation, commissioning, and roll-out of new machines across the UK.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues; perform preventative maintenance and
• Build strong relationships with customers and site contacts; provide professional service.
• Travel within your region to support customers; occasional overnight stays when required.
• Record service activities, machine status, and updates using digital systems and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid foundation in electro-mechanical systems with interest in analysis, testing, and repair of
• Curious, solution‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Customer-focused approach with clear, confident communication
• Comfortable using power/tools both independently and in a team
• Flexibility to travel and manage own schedule in a field-based role
• Full UK driving licence
