📋 Description

• Install, commission, test, maintain, and optimize TOMRA sorting systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, mechanical, software, and network issues.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver operator and maintenance training to customer teams.
• Coordinate service activities, upgrades, and project-related work.
• Prepare service reports and documentation; identify upgrade opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in field service, maintenance, or technical support for industrial equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting in electrical/electronic systems; solid mechanical aptitude.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills; able to work independently.
• Valid Driver's License and authority to work in Australia.
