🎯 Requirements

• Apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (ONC/HNC or equivalent preferred)
• Strong problem-solving mindset with good technical understanding (mechanical, electrical and

• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Valid UK driving license
• Experience in recycling or industrial processing is a plus
