Field Service Engineer - Waste Recycling - Italy

📋 Description

• Install, commission, maintain, optimize, and repair sensor-based sorters.
• Ensure maximum performance of sorting systems in the field.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through clear communication.
• Optimize sorting systems by sampling and testing.
• Identify opportunities to add value with TOMRA products and services.
• Act as a link between customers and Headquarters; provide market feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed FP2 or higher in electrician/electronics, automation, or industrial maintenance.
• Willingness to travel 80%+.
• Industrial on-site preventive and corrective maintenance experience is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with computer programs, PC configuration, and network structures.
• Strong communication skills with customers.
• Native Italian and proficient in English.
• Full clean driving license required; knowledge of metal scrap/recycling is a plus.
