Field Service Representative (FSR) Build & Configure Engineer

📋 Description

• Oversees the build and configuration of software on government-owned hardware in a government-owned
• Configures and validates enterprise server hardware and software, including operating system
• Maintains and manages build schedules across concurrent work streams, ensuring nothing stalls for
• Maps key technical and procedural processes and verifies they are executed correctly with US
• Records and reports progress on ongoing builds, serving as the single source of truth on status for
• Liaises day-to-day with government and contract officials in the lab.

🎯 Requirements

• TS/SCI security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required for this role.
• Strong technical background, ideally in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience supporting on-prem server deployments.
• Background in Linux system configuration and management, with comfort working directly on the Linux
• Experience configuring enterprise servers, both hardware and software.
