Field Service Technician

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer support by phone, email, and onsite.
• Manage daily technology operations: networks, email, and software.
• Install and configure desktops, servers, printers, and related hardware.
• Install and troubleshoot interactive teaching solutions (boards/projectors).
• Maintain software license compliance and equipment inventory.
• Maintain strong knowledge of computer systems for efficient troubleshooting.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in hardware and software installation and maintenance (preferred).
• Ability to establish effective working relationships at all organizational levels.
• Background check required prior to hire.
• Ability to deploy software via Network/Server/MDM tools.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting using written, diagram, or verbal guidance.
