Field Service Technician

📋 Description

• Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites.
• Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and system commissioning after construction.
• Organize and prioritize daily service calls and routes for timely completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through service, training, and support.
• Drive safely and follow traffic laws to reach service locations.
• Operate power equipment (aerial lifts, saws, jackhammers, mixers).

🎯 Requirements

• Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing systems (experience with access control systems and/or fire alarms is a plus).
• Strong ability to analyze and troubleshoot system issues effectively.
• Basic Math Skills – necessary for measuring, calculating, and troubleshooting system configurations.
• OSHA certification and/or familiarity with OSHA compliance strongly preferred.
