Field Service Technician

📋 Description

• Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites
• Assist the AMAROK Install Department with site planning, jurisdictional compliance, inspections
• Organize and prioritize daily service calls and route, ensuring timely and high-quality completion
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers by delivering outstanding
• Provide assistance to other Field Service Technicians as needed, fostering a culture of teamwork
• Drive safely while following all local, state, and federal traffic laws to reach service locations

🎯 Requirements

• Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly
• Valid Driver’s License
• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing systems (experience with
• OSHA certification and/or familiarity with OSHA compliance is strongly preferred
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects as needed & safely climb a ladder up to 30 ft.
• Ability to operate various forms of power equipment such as: aerial lifts, concrete saws, jack
