Field Service Technician

📋 Description

• Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites.
• Assist install department with site planning, compliance, inspections, and system commissioning.
• Organize and prioritize daily service calls and routes for timely completion.
• Build and maintain strong professional customer relationships.
• Assist other Field Service Technicians and foster teamwork.
• Monitor inventory, complete service reports, and submit expenses.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be available to travel Monday-Friday weekly.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 2+ years experience troubleshooting and installing systems.
• OSHA certification or familiarity strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
• Ability to operate power equipment (aerial lifts, saws, etc.).
