Field Service Technician- Launceston

📋 Description

• Servicing and maintaining installed equipment
• Reporting on service assignments and faults
• Installing kiosks and bulk processing equipment at new sites
• Providing excellent customer service to our partners and members of the public
• Analysing areas of potential improvement of products and report to local service team
• Undertaking cleaning of equipment

🎯 Requirements

• Electrical / Electronic Trade Certificate OR Disconnect-Reconnect Certificate
• Previous experience in a similar electrical role
• Previous experience interacting face to face with customers
• Strong diagnostic and analytical capabilities, especially in relation to mechanical, electrical and
• Experience in troubleshooting electronic equipment and be able to replace circuit boards, sensors
• Unrestricted driver's license and willing to submit a full driving history record
