Field Service Technician (Singapore)

📋 Description

• Installation, set up, service, repair, modify, upgrade, commission, recondition, calibrate
• Reporting on service assignments and faults (online and/or paper)
• Training customers and new colleagues
• Driving for long periods as required for the above; attending to some occasional call-outs outside
• Providing excellent customer service to our customers retail outlets and occasionally to members of
• Monitor RVMs using TOMRA back-office systems

🎯 Requirements

• Technical/vocational qualifications (e.g., NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma) preferred; candidates with
• Proven ability to independently install, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate equipment.
• Proficient in interpreting technical manuals, engineering drawings, and schematics.
• Competent in basic IT applications, with familiarity in mobile applications and remote monitoring
• Demonstrated customer service orientation with strong communication skills.
