Field Services Coordinator (12 Month Contract)

📋 Description

• Coordinate and schedule field service activities across assigned market(s).
• Act as primary contact between field technicians, customers and internal teams.
• Manage service requests and work orders; ensure timely completion.
• Track and report on service KPIs, SLAs and field performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Identify process improvements to boost field service efficiency and satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• English and German fluency, with professional Dutch proficiency preferred.
• 2+ years in field service coordination, logistics, operations, or related role.
• Experience in telematics, fleet management, automotive, IoT, or related tech.
• Post-secondary education in technical, logistics, or business field (or equivalent).
• Familiarity with vehicle electrical systems and hardware installation processes.
• Proficiency with service management platforms.
