📋 Description

• Coordinate and schedule field service across markets
• Act as primary contact between technicians, customers, and teams
• Manage service requests and work orders; timely completion
• Track KPIs, SLAs, and field performance metrics
• Escalate technical issues to engineering or product teams
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards

🎯 Requirements

• English and German fluency; Dutch preferred
• 2+ years in field service coordination or logistics
• Telematics, fleet management, or IoT experience
• Post-secondary education in technical, logistics or business field or equivalent
• Proficiency with service management platforms
• Data and reporting tools; basic analytics
