Field Services Engineer

📋 Description

• Deliver on-site and remote technical support to clients.
• Manage service requests using ConnectWise; uphold SLAs.
• Travel daily to client sites in Bridgeport, CT area.
• Document work clearly in IT Glue and other tools.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery to improve SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in customer-facing, technical-services.
• TCP/IP, VPN, IPSEC, VoIP, QoS.
• WAN/LAN routing, switching, security, load balancing.
• WLAN: Meraki, UniFi, Cisco.
• Windows Server, Windows Desktop, and Apple ecosystem.
• MSP experience; ConnectWise and IT Glue familiarity.
