📋 Description

• Field Services Supervisor/Dispatcher, Horsham, PA
• Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm; overtime as needed
• Coordinate monthly routes for routine pickups using routing software
• Monitor and adjust schedules for quarterly, semi-annual and annual pickups
• Schedule and manage daily pickup requests from clients and project managers
• Monitor driver locations via GPS; adjust routes proactively for delays and changes

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset; adaptable and problem-solver
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen; English proficiency required
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to lift up to 50 pounds
