Field Services Team Lead

📋 Description

• Perform environmental sampling and field measurements at a variety of sites, including landfills
• Coordinate the daily field activities, schedules, and resources of a team of Field Technicians
• Interface directly with clients to ensure exceptional service and project execution
• Maintain accurate field records, chain-of-custody documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture with zero compromise on safe work practices

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (or
• 3+ years of environmental field sampling experience
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs and work in industrial, marine, and outdoor environments
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the region
