📋 Description

• Build features in the desktop and mobile apps (40%)
• Build dashboards and reports the operation runs on (40%)
• Run the daily support loop (35%)
• Diagnose and unblock the upload path (35%)
• Solve classes of problems, not instances (15%)
• Be hands-on with devices when the problem is physical (10%)

🎯 Requirements

• Solid software fundamentals: working Python, comfort in Linux, ability to build app UIs
• Strength in at least one of web (React/TypeScript), desktop (Electron), or mobile (React Native)
• Daily, effective use of AI coding tools and agents
• Clear written English for remote, asynchronous work
• Located in Metro Manila, able to travel to capture locations regularly
