Field Solutions Engineer, Strategic Programs

📋 Description

• Grow business within existing strategic accounts by identifying, qualifying, and developing new
• Conduct discovery sessions with customer engineering, procurement, quality, and program teams
• Build technical business cases for conversion, including DFx recommendations, process selection
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to overcome technical objections
• Enable partners to execute and scale programs by translating customer requirements into executable
• Support partner identification, qualification, capability assessment, and production readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical customer-facing role
• Demonstrated expertise across multiple manufacturing processes: CNC machining, sheet metal
• Ability to identify DFM issues from CAD models and drawings; working CAD proficiency (SolidWorks
• Working knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawing requirements, and inspection/QA practices
• Experience working directly with suppliers or contract manufacturers
