Field Specialist

📋 Description

• Deliver a personalized experience to each customer.
• Safely operate a flatbed truck to deliver vehicles to customers' doors in Southern Ontario.
• Provide strong customer service and resolve issues at every touchpoint.
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues to ensure quality.
• Complete customer paperwork and log notes in our tracking system.
• Collaborate with teammates to assist as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience transporting vehicles.
• 2+ years customer-facing experience.
• Comfortable driving longer distances.
• Automotive experience and passion for cars.
• G Driver’s License (Ontario) with 3 years clean driving record.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada; clean criminal background check.
• Availability: 40 hours/week; 4 weekdays + 1 weekend.
