Field Support Coordinator

📋 Description

• Schedule field service appointments with customers, technicians, and providers.
• Manage work orders from creation to completion with updates.
• Monitor Field Service RMA Jira queue; route and process repairs.
• Create sales orders for replacement parts; coordinate shipments.
• Track replacement parts and ensure returns are documented.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with customers and vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience coordinating field service operations or dispatch
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple work orders
• Experience using Jira or Salesforce
• Order management and parts fulfillment experience
• Familiarity with RMA processes and service logistics
• Excellent written and verbal communication
